Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Is there a free trial?

What counts as a seat?
A seat is one user who can log in to JobyDesk — office staff, dispatchers or field technicians. You can add or remove seats at any time.
What are add-ons?
Add-ons let you expand specific limits — more automations, more inventory items, SMS bundles and extra call minutes. Pricing for add-ons is shown inside your account settings.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds for partial periods, but you can cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
