Go to Settings โ Job Types
Select the job type you want to customize โ car lockout, HVAC repair, drain cleaning or any job type you have set up.

Add your custom fields
Click Add Field, choose the field type, give it a label and set whether it is required or optional. Drag to reorder.

Fields appear on every job of that type
When a job is created with that type, your custom fields automatically appear on the job form for office staff and techs.

Techs fill them in on their phone
Your techs see the same fields in the mobile app. They fill in the details on-site and everything is saved to the job record.
